Clinical workflows are delivered white-label, inside partner platforms. Any patient data handled in connection with a clinical integration is subject to the applicable Business Associate Agreement (BAA) executed with the partner, and is governed by HIPAA and applicable state health privacy laws.

• With Wizlo Clinical, our parent company, for operational and compliance oversight purposes

• With legal, regulatory, or accreditation bodies, where required by law or applicable compliance standards (e.g., LegitScript, state medical boards)

• With service providers who support our operations (hosting, email delivery, CRM), under confidentiality obligations
